Harris Beach State Park is a favorite of locals and tourists alike due to its inviting sandy beaches and beautiful vistas. The seascape includes numerous sea stacks and the largest island off the Oregon Coast, known as “Bird Island” or “Goat Island”, depending on who you talk to. This island is a National Wildlife Sanctuary and a breeding site for such rare birds as the tufted puffin. Everywhere you look is a picture perfect scene!
